Brief

Clearing your browser history can often help with issues you are experiencing on certain web pages.

Please be aware that clearing Cookies and Other Site Data may sign you out of web pages so be sure to know your passwords for various sites.

Instructions

  1. Open Google Chrome

  2. Click on the three dots menu

    1. Top-right of the screen

  1. Click Settings

  1. Click Privacy and Security

    1. Left-hand panel

  1. Click Clear Browsing Data

  1. Select the Timeframe from the dropdown

  2. Select Relevant Options

  3. Click Clear History
