The Vacancies portal lists all current internal and external job vacancies for the University of Essex. Applications for all vacancies must be made through the portal. It is also possible to set up job alerts, so you can be notified via email when a vacancy matching specific criteria is posted.

Once you are logged into HR Organiser, select the person icon in the top right > select Useful links > Select University of Essex Vacancies
You will now be logged into the Vacancies portal using your University of Essex staff account. If you encounter any issues with your University of Essex password or multifactor authentication step, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

In your web browser, navigate to the University of Essex Vacancies portal.
Find a job listing and select Apply Online, or alternatively - change the filters to look for a job, then select Click here to save this search as a job alert
On the login screen, select New user registration
Complete the registration form to sign up as a new user, then select Submit.
Once registered, you can login to the Vacancies portal by selecting Existing User login in the top right of the screen. Note: when logging in ,your ‘username’ is your email address.
If you already have an account, but you have forgotten your password, please select Forgot your Password? at the bottom of the login page.
If you completed a registration form when you signed up (as opposed to signing in via HR Organiser as a current staff member), your username is your email address. |
