I don’t receive authentication prompts

If you have the authenticator app set up on your phone but are not receiving a prompt on your mobile device when signing in, try the following steps:

  1. Select “I can’t use my Microsoft authenticator app right now”‎

  2. Select “Use a verification code”‎

  3. Open the authenticator app

    1. On your smartphone

  4. Tap your University account

  5. Enter the one-time password code displayed on screen

    1. This refreshed every 30-seconds

  6. Select Verify
