In order to access iTrent, People Manager (within iTrent), Tableau or OnBase from off-campus you will need to eitherdo one of the following:

1. use a University laptop which already has GlobalProtect VPN installed

2. set up GlobalProtect VPN on your own PC/laptopremote-desktop (RDP) into a PC on campus

If you are still unable to access People Manager via VPN once you have set this up when using VPN, it is likely because you are not part of the VPN access group. Please contact the Commercial Applications team who will be able to check this, and add you if needed.
