Storing your templates

If a number of colleagues need to access the same Box Sign templates, make sure you save your them in a shared folder on Box. Anyone who needs to access the templates will need to be added as a collaborator (with edit permissions). For more guidance, visit the Box Support article, How to invite collaborators.
