Box Sign

What is Box Sign?

Box Sign allows staff to request and apply electronic signatures to files, without the need for another application (like Adobe Acrobat), while also providing automated messaging and detailed record keeping throughout the signature process.

Good to know

  • Senders can…
select who needs to sign, approve, get a final copy, specify the signing order, and include various fields such as signature, initials, date signed and name.

  • Recipients do not need a Box account to receive and sign documents
Anyone with an email address can receive and sign the documents you sent them.

Box Sign Training
