  • The volume can be controlled in some rooms by using the volume buttons in the bottom right of the touch panel - Some rooms will require that you use the volume control on the selected source.

  • The content can be hidden from the display by selecting ‘No Show’ - tap this again to reveal the content. Please be aware that in some rooms this will also mute the audio.

  1. Once your session is complete, select ‘End session' and 'Yes’ to power down the system. This may not be necessary if there is a session immediately after yours.

Troubleshooting

  • No video output from the lectern PC? Check the PC itself is on and awake - tapping the keyboard and look for a blue power light in the cut out on the front of the lectern.

  • No Audio output? Check the lectern is not muted, windows isn’t muted and the volume is turned up on both.

  • Display not showing content? Try ending the session and restarting through the system through the touch panel - the system may have been improperly shut down.

  • PC content not being shared to projector? Hold down the windows key on the keyboard, and press the ‘P' key at the same time - Select 'Duplicate’ from the menu that pops up.
