Info
  • If you were only off sick for the afternoon on 1st June, you need to select:

    • Start date: 1st June

    • Full or part day: part day

    • End date: 1st June (note: this is the same as the start date)

    • Full or part day: full day (this will correctly record only the afternoon of 1st June as sickness)

Info
  • If you were off sick for the whole day on 1st June, you need to select:

    • Start date: 1st June

    • Full or part day: full day

    • End date: 1st June (note: this is the same as the start date)

    • Full or part day: full day

Info
  • If you were off sick for more than one day starting 1st June, you need to select:

    • Start date: 1st June

    • Full or part day: part day if only the afternoon, or full day if you had the whole day of 1st June off

    • End date: 5th June (this means you were off sick on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th June, and back at work on 6th June)

    • Full or part day: full day

Info

If you work part-time hours, “full day” will automatically record all the hours you were due to work that day (e.g. 4 hours), and “part day” will automatically record half of the hours you were due to work that day (e.g. 2 hours)
