Introduction
OneDrive is your personal cloud storage for your work files, providing a location to save, share and backup your work files.

Accessing OneDrive
OneDrive can be access directly from within File Explorer on SWAE devices using the below method.
In the Windows taskbar, click the small arrow icon
Bottom-right of the screen
Double-click the OneDrive Icon
This should open the File Explorer Window as shown below.
✅ Now you can navigate OneDrive within Explorer, opening and editing files.
Sharing Files
Files can be shared with other people within your organisation.
Navigate to Office 365
Click the Apps Button
Top-left of the screen
Click OneDrive
Hover over the file or folder you wsh to share
Click the Three Dots
Click Share
Now you have two options to choose from:
Options 1: Share via an email
Type the name of the person or their email address
Optionally, enter a personal message
Click Send
Option 2: Share via Link
Click Copy Link
Paste the clipboard link using your preferred method of comms
